I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Blackwall Industries, but my role transcends the typical executive definition. I didn't just write the business plan; I physically and digitally engineered the company’s backbone. My leadership is grounded in the reality of "building." In the early days, I was the one crimping the network cables, deploying the core monitoring hubs, and configuring the workstations. I personally handled the initial financial architecture — from maneuvering corporate banking transitions to establishing our computerized accounting systems. This hands-on history isn't just trivia; it is the foundation of my strategic capability. When I propose a solution to a client, I know exactly what it costs in terms of manpower, technical feasibility, and operational load. Today, that foundation supports a mission of "Proper Cyber Resilience & IT Hygiene." We serve the Philippines' critical sectors—Finance, BPO, and National Defense — by blending rigorous governance (NIST, ISO 27001, DPA) with tangible, aggressive defense. Whether it’s overseeing our MAX-TAC forensics division to mitigate insider threats or implementing secure, offline AI policies to protect client data, my goal remains the same: to safeguard digital assets with a strategy that is Audience-Led and operationally proven.
I volunteer as an open-source researcher on cold cases and missing persons cases around the globe, picked up through Solve the Case. I work only from public sources, verify every finding before it goes anywhere, and send it to the people who can act on it: tips go privately to the investigating agency (or to the FBI when a US citizen goes missing abroad), and corrections go to the case page's reviewers. My method follows the Berkeley Protocol on Digital Open Source Investigations, the 2022 standard from the UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR) and UC Berkeley's Human Rights Center. Type to see how a case moves from first read to verified tip.
COLD CASES & MISSING PERSONS
Volunteer open-source research | Berkeley Protocol (UN OHCHR & UC Berkeley, 2022)
I help on cold cases and missing persons cases around the globe. I pick up cases on Solve the Case, research them from public online sources, including local news in the local language, and send what I can verify to the people who can act on it. Only investigators and prosecutors close a case. My part is careful research, clean records and useful tips.
An AI research assistant runs searches, captures pages and drafts submissions under these rules. I review every draft and send it myself; nothing goes out without my approval. When a site blocks automated access, the assistant doesn't work around it: I open the page myself, read only, and screenshot it with the URL and date visible. Evidence stays untouched in three copies on two kinds of storage, and I recheck every file's hash each month.
The Berkeley Protocol on Digital Open Source Investigations (HR/PUB/20/2) was published in 2022 by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley School of Law. It sets 14 professional, methodological and ethical principles and a six-phase cycle: online inquiry, preliminary assessment, collection, preservation, verification and investigative analysis. Each stage above maps to a chapter of it, and the ground rules put its principles into practice.
Have information about a case? Contact the investigating agency directly, or send a tip through the case's page on Solve the Case.
